Hello,I am KIM WOON NAM, chairman of Goyang Special City Council.
I am Kim Un-nam, Chairperson of the Goyang Special City Council.
I sincerely welcome all citizens who have visited the Goyang City Council website, which is a place for free participation in council activities and a space for communication.
The council website provides real-time council-related materials to deliver vivid news of council activities to citizens and to answer questions about Goyang City's council activities through various participation methods.
As the latter half of the 9th Goyang Special City Council has greater authority as an independent legislative body, we will always serve you, our citizens, with a heavy sense of responsibility.
I promise that all 34 members, including myself, will faithfully perform our roles as representatives of Goyang citizens, and do our best to be a council that always instills trust and hope in citizens through council activities that empathize, communicate, and harmonize based on trust.
We ask for your generous interest and encouragement so that the latter half of the 9th Goyang Special City Council can faithfully perform its inherent role of checking and monitoring the executive branch and actively reflecting citizens' will in city administration.
